About the Role

This position leads the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, operational efficiency, and high-quality outcomes within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver client programs on time and within budget
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies when necessary
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client objectives
  • Collaborate with department leads to maintain efficient workflows and resource utilization
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters
  • Oversee budget forecasting and financial reporting for assigned projects
  • Drive process improvements to enhance project management efficiency
  • Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators in best practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with creative, medical, and strategic teams to ensure integrated solutions
  • Manage changes in project scope and communicate impacts to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with internal teams and clients
  • Support business development efforts through proposal contributions and presentations
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate project outcomes and lead post-project reviews
  • Stay current with industry trends and project management methodologies
  • Ensure consistent application of project management tools and software
  • Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when required
  • Align project execution with strategic account goals
  • Support team capacity planning and workload balancing
  • Champion client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Oversee onboarding of new projects and transition to operations
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams
