AECOM is hiring a Capture Management Director

About the Role

The role involves leading the full capture management process for key pursuits, guiding proposal development, and aligning resources to maximize win probability on high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end capture planning and execution for major business opportunities
  • Identify and qualify potential projects aligned with strategic goals
  • Develop and maintain capture strategies and win themes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, pricing, and legal experts
  • Manage the development of compliant and compelling proposals
  • Conduct win probability assessments and risk analysis
  • Facilitate customer engagement and positioning activities
  • Oversee the creation of proposal schedules and work breakdown structures
  • Ensure compliance with submission requirements and deadlines
  • Lead color team reviews and other proposal evaluations
  • Develop executive summaries and customer presentations
  • Track and report on capture metrics and performance indicators
  • Maintain capture databases and knowledge repositories
  • Provide coaching and guidance to proposal teams
  • Align pricing strategies with customer value propositions
  • Support negotiations and post-submission activities
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance and compliance standards
  • Integrate lessons learned into future capture efforts
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders during pursuit phase
