Monads AG is looking for a Senior SAP Integration Consultant (80-100%) to advise our clients on developing and integrating their system landscapes, with a focus on SAP. You will analyze complex business requirements, translate them into implementable technical concepts, and guide projects from initial conception through to go-live and stabilization.

What You'll Do

Advise clients on the further development and integration of existing system landscapes, primarily but not exclusively focused on SAP.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into end-to-end, implementable technical concepts.
Participate in projects from conception through design, implementation, go-live, and stabilization phases.
Design and implement integrations and interfaces using API, Events, Middleware, and Cloud-Services, accompanying tests, cutover, and hypercare.
Support the introduction and optimization of digital processes across multiple systems.
Act as a sparring partner for clients, project management, and development teams; prepare and explain technology and architecture decisions.
Take over sub-projects or provide technical leadership for a small team, depending on your interest and experience.

What We're Looking For

Several years of experience in IT consulting or software development.
Knowledge of SAP (interfaces, extensions, integrations) or a strong willingness to learn.
Solid technical understanding, ideally with development know-how in areas like ABAP, Fiori UI, or C#.
Analytical thinking, initiative, and clear communication skills.
Fluent German language skills.

Previous experience developing software.
