Requirements
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience
- 5+ years of Software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce platform capabilities
- Strong experience with integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, DevOps practices, and modern Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Field Service
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce SDLC, Apex trigger frameworks, reusable business logic, and governor limits
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, SFDX, VS Code, and Salesforce deployment and release management processes
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience mentoring others
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
