ParcelHero is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the configuration, optimization, and health of our Salesforce platform. You will be a key contributor ensuring the system scales to meet evolving business needs.
What You'll Do
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support business processes.
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflows.
- Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and data security settings.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows for business teams.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration.
- Proven ability to design complex automation using Process Builder, Flows, and Apex triggers.
- Strong analytical skills for data management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Current Salesforce Administrator certification.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in Brazil.
