About the Role
The individual in this position will lead construction projects from planning to closeout, coordinating teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential construction and renovation projects
- Develop detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality
- Prepare and deliver project status reports
- Resolve issues that arise during construction promptly
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Implement risk management strategies
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards
- Lead project kickoff and closeout meetings
- Track project timelines and adjust as needed
- Verify subcontractor compliance with contracts
- Support estimating and bidding processes
- Ensure timely permitting and inspections
- Manage change orders and scope adjustments
- Promote teamwork across field and office staff
- Use project management software for tracking
