Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project management tools and templates.

Nice to Have
- Master's degree in construction management or a related field.
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, etc.).
- Experience with LEED or other green building certifications.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Experience with construction estimating and bidding processes.
- Knowledge of construction law and contract administration.
- Experience with public sector construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction accounting and financial management.
- Experience with construction safety management systems.
