Cascades, a leader in packaging, hygiene and recovery solutions, is hiring a Senior Sales Representative to drive growth in corrugated packaging. You will focus on prospecting new business and managing established accounts within the Western NY region, leading projects from concept to delivery and collaborating closely with internal teams. This role requires frequent travel throughout the territory.

What You'll Do

Prospect for new business by identifying and securing opportunities within the corrugated retail display market in Western NY.
Manage and grow established client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Lead and support client projects from concept through to final delivery.
Perform administrative tasks including maintaining accurate records, managing CRM entries, and supporting internal reporting.
Track and report results, analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design, production and logistics teams, to deliver exceptional results.
Negotiate complex agreements and influence decision-makers within large organizations.
Represent Cascades with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management; packaging industry experience is preferred.
