VistaPrint is looking for a Specialist, Customer Care to serve as a marketing partner for small businesses and self-employed people. You will provide direct customer support across multiple channels and help clients achieve success with their marketing goals.
What You'll Do
- Connect with customers on all channels, with a primary focus on phone, email, and chat.
- Understand and assist customers with any queries which may arise.
- Provide the best solution for customers and contribute to the success of their business.
- Maintain an overview of all current marketing solutions offered to clients, such as flyers, business cards, and disposable menus.
What We're Looking For
- Very good oral and written Norwegian communication skills.
- Friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong interest in eCommerce and marketing.
- Passion for print and design.
- Digital native.
