As a Senior Sales Planner, you will analyze merchandise performance, forecast results, and partner closely with internal teams and key wholesale accounts to drive sales and margin growth. You will lead planning activities that support financial goals, inform product decisions, and strengthen collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Create financial plans across categories that align account KPIs with brand targets, partnering with sales, marketing, merchandising, and finance.
- Drive planning-led initiatives and help prepare pre-season strategies that support long-term business growth.
- Provide clear insights on sales, margin, inventory, and turn performance, offering recommendations to improve in-season results.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to provide visibility to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with buyers and planners to support shared objectives and ensure aligned planning across the broader account landscape.
What We're Looking For
- Four-year degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum four years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong understanding of retail math and the ability to interpret sell-through data.
- Ability to build and flow product assortments that balance objectives and account needs.
- Strategic thinking with experience synthesizing complex data.
- Skilled in presenting information to cross-functional leaders and account partners.
