About the Role

Source.ag is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in North America by selling our AI solutions to major greenhouse growers. You will be responsible for expanding our regional footprint through prospecting, enterprise sales, and relationship management.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with major growers and marketers in Canada and the US.
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services compellingly and persuasively.
  • Negotiate to reach mutually beneficial partnerships with customers.
  • Close deals and finalize sales.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the AI Solution Specialist team to tailor product demonstrations and maximize customer value.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the best market fit.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders—growers, marketers, and industry partners—to drive long-term success.
  • Maintain a high degree of travel activity (>50%) across the region to meet customers and close deals.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience in the greenhouse industry.
  • Established and vast network within the Canadian and American greenhouse industry, including deep relationships with senior (C-level) stakeholders at the largest growers and marketers.
  • Comfortable providing senior-level stakeholders who can serve as professional references during the interview process.
  • Cold acquisition should be second nature.
  • Prefers to be a hunter over being a farmer (in the context of sales).
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise and high-value (>$1M) deals.
  • Incredibly competitive and goal-driven; demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently locally, while having no difficulty collaborating with teams in other regions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured, scale-up environment.
  • Willing to travel >50% of the time.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with the AI Solution Specialist team and the Product team to deliver value to customers.

Work Mode

This is a remote position. Candidates should be based in Leamington or Southwest Ontario, Canada, or British Columbia, Canada.
