About the Role

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Mid Market Nordics to build and lead our first sales team dedicated to this high-growth region. You will be responsible for driving new business and expansion across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland, while partnering with leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy and foundational team culture. What You'll Do

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Account Executives focused on the mid-market segment across the Nordics.
  • Drive new business and expansion opportunities, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Coach and support your team in navigating complex technical deals and customer conversations.
  • Hire and ramp top talent to support aggressive growth goals.
  • Build scalable sales processes and instill rigor around forecasting, pipeline health, and Salesforce hygiene.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop region-specific programs and pipeline-generation strategies.
  • Help define the ideal AE profile and territory coverage across the Nordics.
  • Champion the adoption of Cloudflare One (SASE and Zero Trust platform) and other strategic solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with key channel partners and help unlock co-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted voice of the Nordics in leadership conversations—sharing market insights, customer feedback, and strategic asks.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Sweden (remote).
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales in B2B SaaS or infrastructure (cloud, networking, security).
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-velocity pipelines with enterprise-level quality and planning.
  • Experience leading teams through growth, change, and new product adoption.
  • Passion for building and coaching teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Data-driven and operationally excellent - comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Clari, Gong, etc.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to Have

  • Other Nordic languages a strong plus.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications a plus.

Team & Environment

You will be the first Sales Manager for the Nordics Mid-Market team, leading a group of Account Executives. You will partner closely with the Head of Northern Europe and cross-functional leaders.

This role is local-country and based in Sweden.
