INNIO is hiring a Senior Sales Manager

About the Role

The position is responsible for leading sales operations, developing client relationships, and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
  • Develop market expansion plans to increase regional and sector penetration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Forecast sales performance and report on key metrics regularly
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer insights
  • Lead negotiations on complex contracts and high-value deals
  • Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and solution alignment
  • Mentor and guide sales representatives to improve team performance
  • Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings
  • Monitor competitive activity and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership
  • Support product launches with go-to-market planning and input
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data
  • Drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution fit
  • Manage sales cycles from lead generation to closing
  • Promote a culture of accountability and performance excellence
  • Ensure pricing strategies support profitability and competitiveness
  • Respond to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with major clients
  • Support mergers, partnerships, or strategic alliances as needed
