Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor to Partners, helping shape their strategy and execution with Insights Discovery.
- Coach and manage the local Partner Channel team, driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, recruit new Partners, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Stay ahead of market trends, especially in digital and AI-enhanced learning.
- Represent Insights with pride, building strong relationships and championing our brand with internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Results-oriented and goal focussed
- A natural at gaining rapport and building relationships on a one-to-one basis and with groups
- Makes decisions and accepts responsibility for them. Positive attitude when dealing with people
- Motivated by stretching targets and has a natural drive for results
- Dedicated to delivering the highest standards of customer service to clients
- Sales coach
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong account-management experience
- Ability to maximise profitable growth through consultative selling and tailored solutions
- Background in learning and development
- Ability to integrate new Insights solutions and technology into compelling commercial proposals
