Responsibilities
- Converting qualified inbound leads
- Answering incoming sales calls
- Advising customers on the best connectivity solutions based on their location and needs
- Explaining Starlink, Wi-Fi networking, and installation options in simple terms customers can understand
- Booking installations accurately
- Managing customer interactions inside our CRM
- Following up with warm inquiries to maximize conversion
- Operating independently while staying aligned with the team and maintaining professional communication standards
Requirements
- Telecom, broadband, networking, ISP, or technical sales experience
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Confident closing deals over the phone
- Self-motivated
- Organized
- Comfortable working remotely
