About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth within the QA Software Testing sector for private sector clients. In this remote role within the United Kingdom, you will leverage a consultative sales approach to identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and present tailored testing solutions that address complex client challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the QA Software Testing sector, focusing on Test Management and Consultancy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, at prospective client organisations.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling solution presentations, articulating the value of QA Software Testing services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customise testing solutions that address clients’ unique challenges.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations that differentiate the company from competitors.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to maximise profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in new logo solution sales within QA Software Testing or related sectors.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly.
  • Experience building and nurturing strategic relationships with clients, influencers, and decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive in pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and multi-project handling capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
