Remote Recruitment is seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic UK-based organisation. As a senior member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and converting high-quality leads into long-term customers.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective clients and qualified leads
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver confident and persuasive sales presentations over the phone
- Identify client needs and position solutions effectively to close deals
- Manage and maintain an organised pipeline using CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to maximise conversion opportunities
- Handle objections professionally and turn challenging conversations into sales opportunities
- Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and sales activities in the CRM
- Collaborate with the wider sales team and management to refine sales strategies
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services and value proposition
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong closing skills and the ability to confidently manage the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a professional phone manner
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain performance in a target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly during sales conversations
- Access to a reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection
