About the Role

Zscaler is hiring a Senior Sales Engineering Manager to lead our pre-sales efforts in France. In this role, you will oversee the pre-sales process, manage the sales engineering team, and work directly with commercial customers to transform their network, security, and application access using our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the pre-sales process and ensure the sales engineering team has successful engagements with prospects and customers.
  • Manage people and ensure overall employee satisfaction of the sales engineering team.
  • Develop some of the most accomplished technology account teams in the industry.
  • Work with commercial customers across markets to transform their network, security, and application access with outcomes based on Zscaler's technology platform.
  • Be the trusted advocate for customers to internal Zscaler product development teams.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 years of prior Sales/Systems Engineering or Solution Architect management experience with software in a security/networking environment, selling to C/VP level buyers.
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated experience leading cross teams of pre-sales people, supporting both Enterprise and Corporate classes of business.
  • Work with the account executive leadership team and system engineering teams to jointly define technical account plans.
  • Experience with early in career talent development.

  • Experienced at building relationships and establishing engagement with clients and partners.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to manage through change.
