Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM clients, providing both technical and commercial guidance
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and project wins
- Support ongoing projects during series production phases
- Collaborate closely with teams in development, quality assurance, and logistics
- Maintain frequent and direct communication with customers
- Gather and analyze customer needs, specifications, and expectations
- Present and promote product offerings to clients
- Ensure efficient and seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Develop and sustain business within the assigned territory
- Assist in shaping and executing strategic sales approaches
- Develop near-term and long-term sales forecasts and strategies
- Generate and maintain sales-related data reports
- Prepare competitive and accurate quotations
- Evaluate agreements in line with corporate business management standards
- Oversee pricing discussions and project budget negotiations with clients and suppliers
- Manage the logistics of sample distribution during development and volume production
- Ensure tight coordination between customers and internal engineering and manufacturing units, including international travel
