Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual enablement roadmap aligned with sales hiring, product launches, and go-to-market strategies, incorporating learning design principles at each stage.
- Design and oversee the complete sales representative lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, role-based certification paths, ongoing learning, and leadership development, while setting instructional design standards and templates for the team.
- Own the organization's learning design methodology, such as ADDIE or SAM, and define curriculum architecture, learning objectives, and blended learning approaches across all programs.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize the enablement technology stack, including LMS, content management, eLearning authoring, conversation intelligence, and AI coaching, and manage vendor relationships.
- Lead the creation of the sales playbook, persona-level battlecards, and competitive positioning assets, ensuring consistency with brand and go-to-market messaging, and translate strategy into learnable content.
- Build a measurement framework using Kirkpatrick levels 1–4 and Phillips ROI methodology, linking enablement programs to leading indicators like ramp time and win rate, and lagging indicators like quota attainment and retention.
- Present quarterly enablement reviews to Sales and Revenue leadership, identifying program gaps and proposing evidence-based solutions.
- Design and run sales kickoffs, regional summits, quarterly business review content, and deal review frameworks, and create reinforcement learning journeys to drive post-event behavior change.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth transition from general corporate onboarding into the structured bootcamp, co-design leadership development programs, and align on sales certification paths and competency frameworks.
