Fieldguide is hiring a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to build scalable, role-specific enablement programs for our customer-facing teams. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales, translating strategy into action to help our teams grow, perform, and advance.
What You'll Do
- Create prospect and customer-focused sales collateral that supports the full sales cycle.
- Design and deliver structured coaching programs to uplevel sales representatives in MEDDPICC, SPIN, GreatDemo!, and Sandler methodologies.
- Analyze Gong sales calls to understand gaps in talk tracks and develop targeted enablement programs.
- Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives, translating product launches and customer insights into actionable training.
- Develop and facilitate sales training for new hires and existing team members, covering industry context, product expertise, and core sales methodologies.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to translate feature capabilities into compelling, customer-centric sales narratives.
- Own the enablement strategy for new and existing partnerships, developing launch plans and training materials.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably vertical SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Deep expertise in sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC/MEDDIC.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training programs.
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex product features.
- Demonstrated success in onboarding and ramping up new sales hires.
- Data-driven approach to measuring the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a practitioner in audit, advisory, or tax.
- Experience building and developing training at a corporate level.
- Experience upleveling enablement material by utilizing AI tools in the market.
