About the Role

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing and executing sales enablement programs that empower the sales team to effectively engage with customers and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, battle cards, and product demos.
  • Provide training and coaching to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the sales operations team to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep the sales team up-to-date on new products and features.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new sales hires.
  • Create and manage a content library of sales enablement materials.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the sales leadership team on sales enablement initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales enablement goals and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement.
  • Develop and implement sales playbooks and battle cards.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team on sales enablement tools and resources.
  • Conduct regular assessments of sales enablement programs to ensure they meet the needs of the sales team.
  • Develop and implement sales coaching programs to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure sales enablement materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales enablement initiatives to the sales leadership team.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the sales leadership team on sales enablement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of sales enablement programs to ensure they meet the needs of the sales team.
