Responsibilities

- Train and enable partners on product positioning, sales techniques, and technical capabilities
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maximize partner effectiveness
- Negotiate partner agreements and manage relationship lifecycles
- Represent the company at industry events and partner forums in Japan
- Ensure compliance with contractual and performance obligations across the partner network
- Provide feedback to product teams based on partner and customer insights
