About the Role

The Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding the customer base and increasing revenue in the Benelux region. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Benelux region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve team goals.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools and resources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the legal and finance departments for contract negotiations.
  • Provide input on product development based on customer feedback.
  • Support the sales team in achieving overall company objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to resolve client issues.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
