Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Present customized solutions aligned with client objectives
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
- Support the development of sales strategies and plans
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
- Participate in networking and industry events
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client input
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Onboard new clients and guide them through implementation
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead to close
- Deliver post-sale support to ensure retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
- Represent the company at client sites and meetings
- Assist in training junior sales team members
- Contribute to forecasting and sales planning processes
