About the Role

The individual in this role will identify new business opportunities, manage key client accounts, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs while contributing to overall sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Present customized solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
  • Support the development of sales strategies and plans
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in networking and industry events
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client input
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through implementation
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead to close
  • Deliver post-sale support to ensure retention
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
  • Represent the company at client sites and meetings
  • Assist in training junior sales team members
