Responsibilities
- Handle incoming support tickets and escalations promptly using Jira and Slack, maintaining a fast-paced workflow.
- Use advanced technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve intricate technical problems.
- Deliver precise, timely, and useful updates to internal stakeholders regarding ongoing technical incidents.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and international teams to manage and resolve escalated cases.
- Develop deep expertise in key business functions such as Payroll to act as a domain specialist.
- Improve existing workflows to boost efficiency and minimize recurring escalations.
- Develop and update documentation in the knowledge base to support frontline support teams.
- Continuously expand knowledge of the platform, staying current with new features and updates.
- Meet and surpass performance metrics tied to support quality and responsiveness.
- Engage in regular training and improvement programs related to product and process.
