Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end capture efforts for designated federal opportunities from identification through proposal submission.
- Implement capture strategies for qualified pursuits, ensuring consistency with win themes and customer requirements.
- Perform in-depth analysis of customer landscapes, market opportunities, and competitor positioning to enhance competitive advantage.
- Manage internal review milestones and ensure all capture documentation is accurate, current, and decision-ready.
- Work closely with technical, pricing, and proposal teams to develop compliant and persuasive responses.
- Support the development of teaming arrangements, including partner selection and subcontractor integration.
- Provide input on pricing strategy, key win themes, and value differentiation statements.
- Ensure consistent and thorough recordkeeping and status reporting throughout the capture lifecycle.
- Engage in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed, showing flexibility and teamwork.
- Support team goals and assume additional duties as required to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of direct experience in federal capture management or related support roles.
- Understanding of federal procurement processes, including IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions.
- Experience participating in formal capture reviews and color team evaluations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication abilities.
- Skilled in using Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office applications.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience supporting federal health agencies such as VA, HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, or CDC.
- Knowledge of federal health IT areas including application modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, and system interoperability.
