About the Role
The Instructional Assistant will work alongside instructors to deliver technical training in low voltage and telecom systems, providing guidance and support to participants during lab exercises and coursework.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead instructors in delivering curriculum on low voltage systems
- Support trainees during hands-on lab activities and technical exercises
- Help maintain lab equipment and training materials
- Provide one-on-one support to learners as needed
- Reinforce safety protocols during technical operations
- Monitor student progress and engagement
- Assist with setup and breakdown of training sessions
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues in lab environments
- Encourage active participation in classroom settings
