About the Role

Oversee the daily operations of the contact centre, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of contact centre professionals.
  • Monitor and improve customer service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Manage the contact centre budget and resources.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Identify and address areas for process improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Coordinate with IT for system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Plan and organize team meetings and training sessions.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage contact centre technology and tools.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the contact centre team.
