About the Role

This position involves conducting scheduled home tours on behalf of real estate agents and sellers. Agents facilitate buyer visits, provide accurate property insights, and ensure a smooth showing experience while operating as independent contractors with flexible availability.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person property showings for prospective buyers
  • Deliver accurate and detailed home tours following seller guidelines
  • Communicate property features, neighborhood highlights, and amenities clearly
  • Coordinate showing schedules with real estate agents and clients
  • Adhere to safety protocols during property access and visits
  • Report any maintenance or security concerns observed during showings
  • Use mobile app to confirm appointments and log completed tours
  • Maintain punctuality and professional appearance during all visits
  • Follow up with agents after showings when required
  • Handle keys and entry systems responsibly and securely
  • Respect homeowner privacy and property during all interactions
  • Provide feedback on buyer interest and showing experience
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends
  • Respond promptly to scheduling requests and messages
  • Complete required training modules on platform usage and protocols
  • Represent the service professionally in all client interactions
  • Follow company policies for conduct and data privacy
  • Submit accurate time and activity records
  • Attend occasional training or update sessions
  • Assist with photography or walkthrough prep when needed

Compensation

Hourly pay based on scheduled showings
