Responsibilities
- Own the candidate relationship post-offer through Day 1
- Deliver high-touch, proactive communication to candidates throughout onboarding
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to keep candidates moving forward
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Start dates, Background checks, Onboarding steps, System/process gaps
- Track and maintain accurate data in Ashby (ATS) including: Offer acceptance to Day 1 show rates, Training dates, Onboarding completion & compliance
- Drive Day 1 readiness + confirmation (reduce fallout and no-shows)
- Identify gaps in the process and recommend improvements to enhance candidate experience
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in: Customer service
- Recruiting coordination / onboarding
- HR or high-touch administrative support
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
- Education: High School Diploma required
Nice to Have
- Experience with ATS systems (Ashby or similar preferred)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
