Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process – from intake meetings and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding handover
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess team needs, and shape hiring priorities
- Source proactively through multiple channels (LinkedIn, communities, referrals, talent pools, and events)
- Conduct structured interviews, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and unbiased evaluation
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in our ATS (Ashby) and internal systems
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and market trends
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members on talent market trends and hiring best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or engineering environments
- Proven ability to hire across multiple domains (software engineering, product, operations, business)
- Exceptional headhunting and sourcing skills
- Experience with ATS systems (preferably Ashby or similar) and modern sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced level of English is a must.
