Requirements
- Must hold an independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent
- Must possess an active and unrestricted state license; support provided for multi-state licensing
- Must have two or more active, independent state licenses, excluding California, New York, and Massachusetts
- Must be able to manage a steady outpatient caseload independently
- Must demonstrate sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to make autonomous decisions
- Must be comfortable delivering care in a fast-moving yet sustainable outpatient setting
Nice to Have
- Experience working in outpatient clinics, community mental health centers, hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, or similar structured clinical environments
- Experience using structured, evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy-informed practices
