Allianz is looking for a Senior RSA Network Development Specialist to drive supplier excellence in roadside assistance. You will lead supplier coordination and system operations that are critical to customer mobility.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and visit suppliers to manage relationships and performance, including occasional business trips.
- Negotiate pricing agreements and resolve damage claims and complaints professionally.
- Operate and test dedicated supplier systems, implementing operational adjustments as needed.
- Register and manage data in internal core systems and compile reports for initiatives.
- Streamline workflows and provide operational guidance to associates.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security, and ethical use.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level Japanese with polished business etiquette and negotiation communication skills.
- 3+ years of B2B sales or supplier management experience, ideally in automotive sectors.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; basic proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, deadline-driven approach with strengths in planning, execution, and teamwork.
