Join Canadian Blood Services, a mission-driven organization committed to saving and improving lives, as a Program Assistant on the Enterprise Facilities team. This temporary full-time role provides crucial system administrative and customer service support, focusing on internal technology, data management, and organized project documentation.
What You'll Do
- Provide system administrative and customer service support to the Enterprise Facilities department and its stakeholders.
- Support projects and programs by creating reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns in alignment with established scripts, procedures, and processes.
- Review documentation including records, data, forms, policies, and departmental manuals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain documents, records, and data in a controlled manner to ensure accessibility using established knowledge management principles.
What We're Looking For
- Completion of post-secondary administrative training from an accredited community college or academic institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years' related experience including knowledge of good record keeping practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a national virtual team environment, demonstrating maturity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork, conflict management and collaboration skills including experience working with cross-functional teams and providing national support.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers within a Windows operating system using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service paired with strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience/exposure working within a GMP environment.
- Experience with Teams, SharePoint, SAP, Documentum, and Forms.

- Hourly pay rate: $23.8446 - $27.2887
