Signia by Hilton Atlanta is hiring a seasonal Bartender to support our satellite bar, activations, and outlets including the Lobby Bar, Nest on Four, and Highball. In this role, you will prepare and serve beverages and food to our guests in a dynamic hospitality environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.
- Present and serve beverages to guests.
- Check guest identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.
- Stock and maintain the bar with beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, produce, and all related supplies.
- Cut, store, and ensure the quality of all beverage-related perishables.
- Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong beverage knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
