Aledade is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to drive our mission of transforming healthcare through independent primary care. In this role, you will leverage data to uncover insights that directly improve patient outcomes and practice performance.

What You'll Do

Design and lead complex research projects using healthcare claims and clinical data
Develop analytical models to measure the impact of value-based care programs
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with product, clinical, and network teams to translate insights into action
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data analysis

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, health services research, or a related quantitative field
Proven expertise in statistical analysis and working with large, complex healthcare datasets
Strong proficiency with SQL and analytical programming languages like Python or R
Ability to own projects end-to-end, from question formulation to presentation of results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences
