Transfr is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to nurture client partnerships and ensure successful platform implementation. You’ll be a key advocate for our customers, helping them maximize the value of our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new clients and guide them through platform adoption
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Identify and address customer needs, troubleshooting issues and coordinating solutions
- Build strong, trusted relationships as the primary point of contact
- Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (account management, support, success)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in, or willing to work from, Oklahoma City, OK; St. Louis, MO; or Lincoln, NE.
