Transfr is hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager (NE, KS, OK, MO)

About the Role

Transfr is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to nurture client partnerships and ensure successful platform implementation. You’ll be a key advocate for our customers, helping them maximize the value of our solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through platform adoption
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive engagement and satisfaction
  • Identify and address customer needs, troubleshooting issues and coordinating solutions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (account management, support, success)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Work Mode

This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in, or willing to work from, Oklahoma City, OK; St. Louis, MO; or Lincoln, NE.
