As an experienced Regional Lead, you're entrusted to unlock strategic opportunities, establish critical partnerships, and represent Heidi to governmental bodies, healthcare authorities, prominent hospital networks, universities, and enterprise collaborators. You'll drive progress through relationship cultivation, maintaining comprehensive accountability for regional outcomes. You'll architect strategy, champion landmark agreements, and empower local teams - operating with significant autonomy and complete support from the global organization. What You'll Do: • Strategic Market Leadership: Develop and implement Heidi's regional strategy alongside global leadership. Identify transformative opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategies. • Government & Enterprise Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior leadership across governmental and healthcare institutions. Convert strategic dialogues into concrete pilots, programs, and adoption frameworks. • Anchor Partnerships: Secure pioneering customers and strategic partners providing credibility and initial scalability. Negotiate partnership structures enabling growth while respecting local market complexities. • Commercial Outcomes: Manage regional pipeline from initial engagement through comprehensive rollout. Drive revenue generation, proof-of-concept success, and long-term commercial sustainability. • Team Enablement & Executive Sponsorship: Support and guide local operators, providing senior-level representation in executive meetings, negotiations, and strategic assessments. Ensure alignment between regional initiatives and global objectives. • Market Intelligence & Governance: Generate insights on healthcare ecosystems, procurement mechanisms, and policy developments. Inform global leadership about opportunities and potential risks influencing strategic decision-making. Who You Are: • Strategic, relational leader with credibility at executive and governmental levels; comfortable in formal environments and prolonged enterprise interactions • Commercially accomplished (10+ years) in healthtech/SaaS enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, or general management across Asian markets • Extensively networked within hospitals, clinics, academic institutions, and channel partner ecosystems, with proven ability to transform relationships into tangible outcomes • Possesses builder mindset: capable of shaping regional strategy and executing high-touch executive engagement to secure pilots and references • Cross-cultural communicator: fluent in English (written and verbal) at ILR Level 3 or above, or CEFR level B2; local language proficiency preferred (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese) • Composed, collaborative, humble; leads through influence and integrity; mentors operators without undermining their roles What Do We Believe In?
