As an experienced Regional Lead, you'll be entrusted with unlocking strategic opportunities, securing pivotal partnerships, and representing our brand to governmental bodies, hospital networks, academic institutions, and enterprise collaborators. You'll drive strategy through relationship cultivation, sponsoring landmark deals while empowering local teams with comprehensive organizational support. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Market Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies collaboratively, identifying high-potential opportunities and market entry pathways • Government & Enterprise Engagement: Cultivate relationships with senior leaders across healthcare ecosystems, converting strategic discussions into tangible implementation programs • Anchor Partnerships: Establish cornerstone customers and trusted allies, negotiating frameworks that facilitate growth while respecting local market nuances • Commercial Outcomes: Managing regional development pipeline, driving revenue generation and long-term sustainability • Team Enablement & Executive Sponsorship: Mentor local operators, providing senior-level representation in critical negotiations and strategic reviews • Market Intelligence & Governance: Generate insights on healthcare systems, procurement mechanisms, and policy landscapes to inform strategic decision-making Ideal Candidate Profile: • Strategic relationship builder with C-suite credibility • Minimum decade of healthtech/enterprise sales experience in Asia • Extensive professional network across healthcare institutions • Ability to shape regional strategies and execute high-touch executive initiatives • Advanced English communication skills (ILR Level 3/CEFR B2) • Local language proficiency preferred • Collaborative, composed leadership approach Organizational Philosophy: We build for healthcare's future, not quarterly metrics.
