About the Role

Lead regional strategy and execution to grow market presence, manage key stakeholders, and ensure alignment between local operations and global objectives in Japan.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement market entry and growth strategies tailored to Japan
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, regulators, and local partners
  • Oversee regional operations to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to adapt solutions for Japanese users
  • Lead performance analysis and reporting to guide strategic decisions
  • Manage regional budget and resource allocation efficiently
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop local leadership talent
  • Ensure brand integrity and customer experience align with global standards
  • Drive adoption of digital health tools among medical professionals
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on data privacy and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the organization at industry events and public forums
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Facilitate communication between regional teams and global headquarters
  • Lead crisis management and risk mitigation efforts locally
  • Promote a culture of innovation and accountability within the regional office
  • Support clinical and technical teams with on-the-ground insights
  • Ensure timely delivery of region-specific product features
  • Advocate for user feedback to influence product roadmap
  • Establish metrics to measure regional success and impact
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in local hiring and operations
