Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a Senior Regional Facilities Manager for its West Region to manage a diverse portfolio of up to 150-200 owned and leased locations. You will implement Integrated Facilities Management strategies to ensure all facilities meet Ferguson's high standards for safety, efficiency, and associate experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee repair, maintenance, and proactive lifecycle asset replacement for a regional real estate portfolio.
- Implement Integrated Facilities Management strategies for all owned and leased properties.
- Work alongside a national facilities team while collaborating with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal partners.
- Deliver a white-glove customer service experience to field-level associates for both routine and ad hoc service needs.
- Ensure all critical systems across the assigned region, including fire protection, HVAC, back-up UPS, and generator systems, are routinely and properly maintained.
- Manage a region-wide program to ensure assets are inspected routinely, follow all relevant codes, laws, and regulations, and uphold the highest safety and security measures.
- Develop and align necessary documentation related to Business Continuity, Operations Manuals, and Emergency Preparedness.
- Communicate with internal customers on a regular cadence to update them on portfolio performance and provide strategic analysis and recommendations.
- Create, monitor, and manage the overall budget for Facilities Management for the assigned region.
- Oversee maintenance and repair expenses in the field while driving cost savings initiatives.
- Analyze existing and planned capital investments to determine their suitability for the assigned region.
- Work closely with Project Management to assist with all renovations, additions, or new building projects.
- Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction through best-in-class practices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Standardize services, negotiate vendor agreements, and optimize budgets to achieve cost efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to travel up to 30% to 40% is required.
Nice to Have
- 5-7+ years’ experience in facilities management, preferably industrial and/or standalone retail locations, with proven experience in being responsible for multi-location portfolios.
- Bachelor’s in Facilities Management, Business Management, Technical Facilities, or a similar field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with key infrastructure systems (fire protection, HVAC, back-up UPS and generator systems) along with other facilities management functions, including asset lifecycle management.
- Strong skills in budgeting, relationship building, time management, risk mitigation, project management, planning, and communication both written and verbally.
- Understanding of national and local laws and regulations, along with the willingness to adapt and pivot with changes.
- Ability to engage effectively with partners at all levels, internal and external, including the Executive Leadership Team, and act as a strategic advisor.
- Perform with a strong sense of urgency, with high expectations, around driving costs from the company P&L and best preparing Ferguson for future growth.
- Proven capability in Integrated Facilities Management, aiming to achieve best-in-class results while fostering a culture of trust, accountability and collaboration.

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Montana, or Colorado.
