About the Role
This position leads facilities management for a defined geographic region, focusing on maintaining high standards of facility performance, safety compliance, and team leadership while supporting long-term infrastructure goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead facility operations and maintenance across multiple sites in the West Region
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all locations
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Manage capital improvement projects from planning to execution
- Develop and monitor regional maintenance budgets and spending
- Supervise facility operations staff and contractors
- Conduct regular site audits and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on facility-related initiatives
- Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Respond to facility emergencies and critical operational issues
- Maintain accurate facility records and reporting systems
- Support real estate transactions involving facility changes
- Ensure adherence to corporate facilities policies and standards
- Lead vendor selection and contract management processes
- Drive continuous improvement in facility service delivery
- Train and develop team members for performance and growth
- Prepare and present operational reports to leadership
- Manage space utilization and facility layout planning
- Oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Ensure security protocols are maintained at all facilities
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability
- Evaluate facility risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support sustainability and environmental compliance goals
- Collaborate with HR on workforce planning for facilities teams
- Ensure timely resolution of facility service requests
