Responsibilities
- Lead complete hiring cycles from initial role intake through sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Handle concurrent openings in technology, marketing, operations, sales, and leadership functions
- Perform structured candidate interviews to evaluate technical qualifications and cultural fit
- Develop and sustain talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking system tools
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations and streamline decision timelines
- Provide actionable hiring analytics through funnel tracking, metrics reporting, and pipeline reviews
- Optimize internal recruitment processes, templates, and ATS configurations
- Maintain a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic, independent work setting
