GigaBrands is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to support high-volume hiring across multiple business functions. You will act as a trusted hiring partner, owning end-to-end recruitment while helping improve processes and candidate experience in a fast-paced, US-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously across tech, marketing, operations, sales, and leadership.
- Conduct structured screening interviews to assess both technical fit and behavioral alignment.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS workflows.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to set realistic expectations and reduce bottlenecks.
- Deliver clear hiring insights using data, funnel metrics, and pipeline reporting.
- Improve recruitment workflows, templates, and processes within the ATS.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Operate comfortably in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited hand-holding.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (not sourcing-only roles).
- Strong experience hiring for IT / Tech roles (engineering, QA, data, product, etc.).
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms like Workable, Greenhouse, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, including boolean search and outreach.
- Experience working with international candidates and global hiring managers.
- Comfortable working 9:00 AM to 6:00PM EST.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and make judgment calls without constant approval.
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Exposure to process improvement or ATS implementation.
- Experience recruiting for marketing, e-commerce, PPC, SEO, or marketplace roles.
- Background working with US-based teams or clients.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and funnel optimization.
