Shape the future of product talent by leading end-to-end recruitment for Product Management roles within a fast-moving technology environment. You’ll partner directly with product leadership to define what success looks like, translate ambiguous needs into clear hiring strategies, and consistently advocate for quality and rigor throughout the hiring journey.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Product Management positions, with flexibility to support technical and platform roles as priorities shift
- Develop a strong understanding of product domains to engage candidates with insight and credibility
- Design and own search strategies—from sourcing through closing—with a focus on momentum, inclusivity, and data-informed decisions
- Guide hiring teams with structured evaluation practices, ensuring consistency and fairness in assessment
- Deliver a transparent, respectful candidate experience that reflects the organization’s standards and values
- Use market intelligence and performance metrics to refine approaches and improve outcomes over time
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Product Management in high-growth tech environments
- Proven ability to assess product judgment, systems thinking, and long-term potential beyond resume signals
- Strong communication skills with a structured, thoughtful approach to ambiguous or evolving role requirements
- Experience managing multiple concurrent searches without sacrificing quality or pace
- A natural curiosity about how products work and what drives exceptional outcomes
- Ability to influence stakeholders, balance urgency with rigor, and maintain high standards under pressure
- A sense of humor is a plus
Compensation & Work Environment
Compensation varies by region: US roles in NYC, LA, Seattle, or SF Bay Area offer $132,400–$165,500 base salary; other US locations offer $119,200–$149,000; Canadian roles offer CAD 125,100–156,400. Equity is part of the total package. The role is open to candidates in specified US cities and across Canada, with flexibility based on location.
