What You'll Do
Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a growing client in the digital media space, handling roles across sales, technology, and marketing functions. You’ll manage high-volume pipelines, from initial sourcing through final offer coordination, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring journey.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role criteria and hiring goals, aligning talent needs with business objectives. Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide top talent through each stage of the process. Maintain precise records and reporting in the ATS to support data-driven decisions.
In addition to recruitment, assist with foundational HR coordination, such as supporting onboarding logistics and documentation processes.
Requirements
- Proven background as a 360 Recruiter with experience managing full-cycle hiring across diverse functions
- Track record in high-volume recruitment, particularly in fast-paced environments
- Must have prior remote work experience, with fluency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and ATS platforms
- Experience working with US or UK-based teams is required
- Ability to operate effectively during EST hours and manage multiple priorities with precision
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with basic HR or people operations tasks, such as onboarding support or documentation handling
Technical Stack
You’ll work with an Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing platforms. Communication and coordination will rely on Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
