Jobgether is seeking a Senior Python Developer to play a pivotal role in our research and development-focused environment. You will design and deliver scalable, high-impact systems, taking ownership from architecture and development through to deployment and monitoring.

What You'll Do

Design and architect applications integrating a variety of cloud services, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
Develop and maintain systems powered by Large Language Models and other generative AI frameworks.
Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet business and technical objectives.
Participate in technical discussions, provide architecture recommendations, and contribute to long-term technology strategy.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools, proactively introducing improvements to enhance system performance and team productivity.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong Python proficiency.
Experience developing applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or custom models).
Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and API Gateway.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, backend systems, and service integration.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker or Kubernetes in production environments.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in remote and cross-functional teams.
