EX Squared is hiring a Senior Provider Data Analyst for a remote role supporting ColoradoGeneral. In this position, you will analyze and maintain provider data, ensuring its integrity and supporting the payer's operational and strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, validate, and maintain complex provider data sets for a major healthcare payer.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies to ensure high levels of accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and document data quality standards and processes.
- Create reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on provider data within a healthcare payer environment.
- Proven expertise in data profiling, cleansing, and quality assurance techniques.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., NPI, taxonomy codes) and payer systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting ColoradoGeneral's operations.
