EX Squared is hiring a Sr. Provider Data Analyst to provide analytical support for MassachusettsGeneral. This is a full-time, remote senior role focused on managing and analyzing provider data.
What You'll Do
- Analyze complex provider data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics.
- Identify trends and insights from provider data to support operational decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver analytical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a healthcare or provider data context.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies for large, complex data sets.
- Strong ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities in a remote environment.
