EX Squared is hiring a Provider Data Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our core healthcare provider data. You will be responsible for complex data management, validation, and analysis to support our operational and business needs.
What You'll Do
- Manage, validate, and maintain large datasets of healthcare provider information
- Conduct detailed analysis to ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and implement processes for ongoing data hygiene and governance
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in data analysis, data management, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience working with healthcare provider data, including NPI, taxonomy, and credentialing information
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
