EX Squared is hiring a Provider Data Analyst to manage the critical data that powers our operations. In this remote role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of provider information.
What You'll Do
- Collect, validate, and maintain provider data from various sources.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and implement data quality controls and cleansing procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support their data needs and reporting requirements.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key provider data metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in data analysis, data management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization software).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
