Monad Foundation is hiring a Senior Protocol Engineer to build smart contracts and foundational systems for our high-performance EVM environment. You will contribute to architecture design, development, security reviews, and drive future protocol enhancements.
What You'll Do
- Design and build high-impact systems that support ecosystem-wide initiatives or common user flows.
- Collaborate with team members, contributing to design reviews, critiquing architecture and security practices.
- Contribute to Monad Improvement Proposals in areas like VM functionality, resource pricing, UX, AA, MEV-resistance, and privacy.
- Interact with external developers to evaluate how their products correctly interact with unique aspects of Monad’s blockchain.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience building significant decentralized apps or blockchain infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of Solidity, the EVM, and related tooling (Foundry, wagmi/viem, etc) and libraries (Solady etc).
- Love building resilient and secure systems.
- Passionate about the growth of decentralized apps.
